3. We Deliver & Set Up - We deliver the trailer, conduct a pre-event walkthrough, dial in the draft system, and make sure everything is running smoothly before guests arrive.
4.  You Enjoy the Event - We handle the equipment. You host.
5. We Break Down & Retrieve - At the end of your rental window, we flush lines, break down, and retrieve the trailer. Routine cleaning is handled by us.

Keg Stand Co. is a mobile draft beverage trailer serving Dallas–Fort Worth. We provide a fully equipped draft system — taps, CO₂, lines, setup, and breakdown — for private events.

No. We do not sell, furnish, or serve alcohol. You provide the beverages. We provide the professional draft system and manage the equipment. This keeps things compliant and gives you full control over what’s served.

Each rental includes up to four (4) draft taps.

• 3 beers + 1 signature cocktail
• 2 beers + 2 cocktails
• Beer + wine + seltzer + mocktail

We configure everything in advance to ensure smooth service.

Yes — and they’re a favorite.

We provide up to four 5-gallon stainless cocktail kegs. You batch the cocktail; we handle the draft system.

Guidelines:

• No heavy pulp or chunky ingredients
• Very sugary or thick beverages may require approval
• Taste and carbonation depend on batching method

If you have a recipe in mind, we’re happy to review it ahead of time.

We support:

• Sankey D connections (standard beer kegs)
• Ball lock connections (used with our cocktail kegs)

Please confirm your keg types at least 7 days prior to your event so we can configure properly.

Every rental includes:

• Mobile draft trailer (approximately 6’ x 11’)
• Up to four taps
• CO₂ system & draft lines
• Cocktail-height table
• Black stretch tablecloth
• 20 lbs of ice for cocktail setups
• Delivery, setup, breakdown, and standard cleaning

Routine cleaning is handled by us.

We provide the trailer and draft system. If you need bartenders, we’re happy to recommend trusted vendors.

Alcohol service responsibility remains with the renter.

Delivery is included within 40 miles of Love Field Airport in Dallas. Events beyond that radius may incur an additional mileage fee, quoted in advance.

We require:

• A reasonably level setup area
• Clear access for delivery and pickup
• Space for a 6’ x 11’ trailer

If you’re unsure, send photos ahead of time and we’ll confirm compatibility.

The trailer is designed for outdoor events and performs well in typical Texas conditions. In severe or unsafe weather (lightning, flooding, high winds), we may delay or pause operations for safety. Weather alone does not automatically qualify for cancellation, but we’ll work with you to reschedule when possible.

No. Standard cleaning, line flushing, and breakdown are handled by Keg Stand Co. Excessive damage or misuse beyond normal operation may result in additional charges.

For safety and equipment integrity:

• The trailer cannot be moved once placed
• Only Keg Stand Co. personnel may adjust taps or CO₂ systems
